How to Reduce Fat Easily

We all want to reduce extra fat so that our body will be slim and  we look good from outside. Actually it's not only about beauty, it's also about to be good health. When fat percentage will be increase over than 14, then it is call extra fat. But extra weight does not mean fat. Your weight could be high because strong muscles and strong bones or tall bones. Your weight could be high because of that reason but your are not fat. So it should be remembered that extra weight does not slimier with extra fat. So if you want to loss weight, then you should have reduced your fat percentage.


There are some easy way that How to Reduce Fat Easily. You can control your fat very easily, if you can maintain those rules regularly.

1. You should stop eating bread which is made by wheat flour. Instead of wheat flour you can eat           gram and barley flour. If you can eat gram and barley flour's bread, then it will reduce your whole         body fat.

2. You should make a daily routine, where you have to delete oily and spicy food chart. Without             these foods you should also give up fast food type.

3. Some will reduce the amount you eat in a day. You should remember that always 'for a little empty     stomach after a meal reduces the fat.'

4. Do not drink water immediately after a meal any time. It will increase crude of your stomach and       waist.

5. You should a man like Early to bed an early to rise. You must go to outside for some free                     hand exercise. You should walk in open air every day in morning. Walk fast so that you are                 switching. Then your fat will be reduced.

Way to stay slim

1. At least two hours before going to sleep at night to eat dinner

2. Get at least 10 to 15 minutes after eating the night walk.

3. Eat Milk, cheese, and  plenty of curd. However, they must be fat free

4. Before sitting down to plan what to eat and what to eat. If you plan to eat less. And if you do not         have a tendency to eat more calories.

5. Low-calorie diet that means perfect, but it is not rancid food. Learn the delicious cooking methods.

6. Eat slowly and chew food. The inner face of the enzyme becomes more active, which helps to fill       the stomach by less food,

7. Any fruits or vegetables a day, try eating raw. 

8. Do not eat same fruits, foods or vegetable at a day. Playing the amount of nutrients mixed everything will be fine. It does not take monotonous to eat
