Reduce 5 Kg Weight Within One month

We all want to be happy and lead health life. But all are very busy in our daily life, as a result we cannot maintain attend our own. It's too emergency to be a fit person. Extra weight not only damage out beauty, it also causes of various kind of disease. If you want to be fit then you should take care of your weight.
Extra weight is one of the most important problem of health disease. It will damage our beauty and also humor condition. Excess weight does not increase only for excess eating, it's a kind of disease. Actually if you eat excess then it will save extra energy in your body, but it will not work for your body, for this extra energy you will be fat.

When fat will be excess in your body, then it is called extra weight. When your body contains 14 % fat, then it is normal. For example many players has too much weight for their extra muscle, but it does not call obesity. 

Take Mentally Encouragement

If you really want to reduce your fat, then first you should be stable from your mind. It doesn't mean you are your own. You can take advice from your friends or relatives. But choose the right person, who can take care of you.

Eat Nutrient Food

Try to eat nutrient food, which can give you quality nutrition and calorie. But do not eat that food which only gives you fat. That means rich food like fast food. You should be used to about nutrient food, Try to eat various kind of food like fruits, vegetable, fiber vegetable, etc. It will give you enough nutrition and your will not lose your taste.

Your Diet Cart

If you are not alcoholic then it's very good, But if you use to drink alcohol then fully ignore alcohol. Drink 3-7 litters water everyday. If possible then drink lemon water, soda water, tea, coffee. But ignore cream and sugar type food.

You should create for one month diet chart. It could be like

First Day: Eat various kind of fruits without banana, as you can eat. Do not take others food in first day. Eat only fruits first day.

Second Day: You can eat various kind of green vegetable. When you cook vegetable, then avoid spice. Just boil in water and the fried with little oil and salt.

Third Day: In the third day you can eat fruits and vegetable as you can eat. But do not take others food and banana.

Forth Day: In forth day just eat eight pieces banana and 200 ml milk. Do not eat any others food in this day.

Fifth Day: Eat little meat and six pieces tomato in this day. Your meat will be of course without fat and spice.     

Sixth Day: You can eat meat without fat as your wish and eat also some vegetable.

Seventh Day: In the seventh day you can eat brown rich, fruits juice and vegetable.

Be careful and maintain all diet chart for one month, with this chart you should do some exercise. Many of us think, exercise is only for reduce weight. It's not like that exercise also helps your organ, so that it can run well your body.
