All are Like to be Slim
Mankind always like for beauty. A slim body wants everyone. A man always wants muscle able body with wide chest and a woman always wants slim belly and wide tenure body. So everyone wants a common thing that a slim body without fat.
Problem of Fat
In whole body fat increase because of excess eating food, it can increase for problem of hormone, or once can increase by birth. More taking food instead of few working or doing less labor. Eating more food is not so much problem if you doing hard labor. Then extra food will be work for your body. But if you taking more food and doing less work than extra food will harm your body, As a result you will be fat.
Result of More Fat
If you will be more fat it will be very bad for your health. You can not do anything with peach. You will be a high blood pressure patient. More fat actually decrease your work strength. It can be causes diabetes and heart disease. Like blood circulation close, that's means heart block, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever etc.
It's looking ugly when a woman see her abdomen, it's like high around her navel for fat and it will be an ugly body. Then any dress will not fit for this type of body. It's really an odd matter. Sometimes its looks like they are pregnant women, As a result many kinds of disease attack these women. Like periodic problem, heart disease and sexual problem, Heart disease, and sexual problem can be both man and women. As a result many problem can created in husband and wife. Actually women are suffered maximum for fat. They cannot move freely. An ugly body is not a desirable thing for anyone.
How Can You Decrease Your Excess Fat
Actually losing belly fat women is not so easy and of course, you always want to a slim body then you have to be a hard worker. You have to be avoid more greasy food. Eat time to time. You must do exercise daily. If you want to be a slim body then you should follow the rules that 'Early to bed and early to rise'. Leave your bed very early and walk or run marathon outside. Early air is fresh and it also good for health. You can also admit in a gym. Take advice from gym instructor and work as your instructor advice. You can also go to doctor. Fully avoid oily food and rich food but you can eat more vegetable, which food is contains fiver. Take limit food daily and work hard. You will be a slim person.
