Actually memory can be various kinds in various age, but if you are young and your memory strength is decreasing now, then you can worry about it. So if you want, you can get back some normal way. Food and drinks, exercise and various kinds of yoga can develop your memory. Some times memory strength can understand by seeing physical symptoms.

1. Many men has their family problem, that's why they feel suffer by mentally pressure, as a result they can not sleep well, but a normally a man sleep about 6-7 hours daily. He should sleep about 7 hours without any break. Then brain get enough rest, as a result brain will be strong gradually.

2. Many of us may be don't know perfume is well for memory. Scientist says if young man think well things and use perfume with good thinking then memory take it very well. So this way memory can be develop.

3. Universities Newcastel says if a person drink green tea daily, then memory will be develop, because which materiel decrease memory green tea prevent these materials.

4. If you will aware about your memory is decreasing, then you an go to doctor and discuss with about your memory. You can also test your blood. If Homocysteine level will be high, then your memory will be decrease. In this condition you can take vitamin B. Which food contains Vitamin B, eat these kinds of foods or you can eat vitamin B tablet.

5. If you will do memory exercise, then your memory will be increase. Actually your mind is like your muscle. It should be always fresh. If you do not use your muscle, then your strength will lose. Same way if you do not use memory then your memory strength will be lose. You can play chess, computer game Sudoku, billiard. It will increase your memory strength.

6. If you eat some food like fish, fruits etc. this will improve your memory, because fish Omega-3, which helps to increase memory strength. Salmon fish, tuna fish, all small fish increase memory. Fish increase memory more than meat.

7. You have to eat balanced food and multivitamin. If you want to healthy body than you have to eat balanced food and multivitamin. Same way if you want to healthy brain then you have to take multivitamin. If your food contains Anti-Oxidant, then it will also contain Vitamin E & C. It will remove alergimas. It will increase memory.
