Brain is the one of most important part of human body. Normally brain increase of man when he has three years old. This brain control and lead others human parts. Its like computer. Brain control others plats of human like computer control smoothly. So If any part of brain attack by any reason then we can see many problem this part of brain and others part of body which id control by this part of brain. So it is very important to take care of brain.

Know Yourself: How can your brain Affected of your personality, try to first. It means "The old always like new". So think yourself will you fell Irritated without finishing any work or when you will do a spared work then you fell extreme boring.

Remove Mental Stress: Avoid those man who think you as a bad person. Although you will have to bear those man in many situation like your job section, your family matter etc. For that reason how to manage this situation learn this and if needed then you should change yourself.

Prayer: Prayer will for brain like booster. First learn how to prayer slowly. Then increase time for prayer. Be patient about your prayer.

A Measured Sleep: Measured sleep will excited your nerve of brain. Measured sleep means daily seven to eight hours sleep. If anyone has sleep problem then he should first find out what is the problem and then take a step so that he can sleep well. This person take medicine from doctor.

Be Conscious of your Mind: In your daily work give some rest to your brain. Find out what is your mentally pressure and remove this. But don not spoil your good think rather this work with your good thinking.

Be a peaceful minded: Sometime be quite. Take a deep breath and drop your breath. When you will do this think about it, how you will fell. If fell better you can do this sometimes. It likes when you smell of rose. Then you will fell better.

Give and take Help: Share your problem with others. It will create Endorfin hormone. Which decrease your mentally pressure.

Brain Incentive: Learn , Learn and Learn. If you will try to learn anything, it will excited your brain nerve. Simple matter if you will try to learn anything a new thing will excited your brain. Its like new experience, new skills, something new things etc.

Walk Sometimes in quite area: You can walk daily. which are you will like you can travel those area. It will help your body and it can fresh your mind. you can change your road or area. It will very helpful.

Use your brain: Use your brain of your every work. It will strong your mind. Create a role some creative matter.

Use your two hand of your work: Use your another hand for some work, which hand you are not used to. Like bashes your teethes, work by left hand.

Avoid your irritation: Do not fell irritation every time. when you want to create some new with creativity, You can avoid it.
