How to Be Healthy After Forty Years Old

In youth time we lead our life without any caring but if we lead our life maintaining rules and regulation, when we pass our youth time, then we can be healthy after forty years old. We fell many problems for dam caring. If you want to be healthy, then first you have to maintain regularity. If we maintain regularity for every step of our life then we can lead healthy life.

First of all we should eat nutrient food. It should be remembered that ' we eat for lives. We do not live for eat'. So if you want be healthy for long time, then you should eat nutrient food. We can see many colors vegetable and fruits and all are full of various kind nitration. Think one thing that many animals eat grass and vegetable and they lead healthy life but man can not live with healthy life. Rich food should be avoided. It will increase fat and cholesterol. We should eat fresh and full of nutrient food daily. We all work daily, that's why we need strength. Only fresh food can give us various vitamin and minerals.

Secondly We should take fresh air. Only fresh air can gives us fresh oxygen and we know all our life is depends on oxygen. If you live in city then it will be very hard to get fresh air, but if you live in village then you will get fresh air very easily. Every city is full of building, vehicles and factory smoke. So you can not find here fresh air. If you will go to village area, then you will get it. If you live in city, then you go to lack area or open area field but if you don't go open area then, you don't get fresh air, as a result you do not get fresh oxygen and your blood will be polluted. It will cause cancer any others deadly disease. So should be walking about one hour daily in open area or your house roof.

Thirdly Human body needs plenty of water. Doctor says one human body need about 4-5 litters water daily. Water will remove garbage from inside of human body. So if you do not have thirst then, you have to drink 8-10 glass of water.

Fourthly You don't have use to smoking. If you are used to smoking, then leave it as soon as possible. Smoking is bad for health. Human body can be destroy for smoking. Smoking will destroy many organs like heart, eye, blood, liver, stomach etc. Smoking also bad for nature. So for leading healthy life smoking should be left.

Well you also leave your anxiety, Anxiety may creates many critical disease like diabetics, heart disease, mygren, headache, Dizziness etc. Please do not take mentally pressure and without pressure keep walking daily one hour in open area. Do not work non-stop, take rest within your work. If you work non-stop then your body will lose work ability, and your body will lose immunity. So if you work daily eight hours, then you should sleep daily seven hours. Keeps yourself neat and clean, ware clean cloths. When you will be forty years old then you should avoid sugar, fat and salt. Take more care of your ears and eyes. In this time passes your time by working. Do not be lazy. Check up your body after six months. Hope you will be well.
