2. Mental Stimulation: Play Crossword, Sodocu solve game, cheese game, it will work as a mental stimulation.
Play Video Game: You can play video game on your mobile or computer. Play various kind of game. You can fertile your brain by playing game.
Listen or Sing Song: If you fell boring you can listen song. You can listen your favorite song. It will refresh your mind. You will fell better.
Internet Browsing: When you fell bore you can browse internet. You can visit religion, literature, culture, economy, science, medical science, politics, etc. Try to learn about world. When you try to learn new things, you will fell better.
3. Exercise-Exercise-Exercise: If you walk daily thirty minutes. It will create cell in your brain and also save cell. A well blood circulation system connect clearly with brain nerve system. Do not exercise same daily. Change your daily exercise routine and do new exercise. like Try to walk behind, swimming, cycling, etc.
Vegetable: Eat vegetable daily. Colorful vegetable and fruits are very useful for health. Orange, blue, white, red, yellow green, vegetable and fruits contain full of phyto-nutrient, and anti-oxidant. It will also work as a brain food and also save cell.
Five Kinds of Food Helps to Increasing Your Memory
Oily Fish: Oily fish contain Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid. This acid actually work as a vitamin on your body and this acid will help your brain to increasing memory.
Tomato: Tomato is a red color vegetable. Tomato contain lycopene. Which actually an anti-oxidant. It will recover damage brain cell.
Pumpkin Seeds: Daily one fist Pumpkin Seeds recover your zink demand. Zink will help your brain to increasing memory.
Broccoli: Broccoli contains plant of vitamin K. Which helps your brain to increasing memory.
Nuts: Nuts contains plant of vitamin E. Which also increasing memory.
Avoid Trans fat: Always avoid trans fat like fast food. Although is all delicious but this kind of food hard cell membrane and slow brain speed.
Eat Plenty Protein: Try to eat plenty of protein. Fish, egg, meat this kind of food contains plenty of protein.
4. Control Your Weight: Extra fat is very bad for health. If you have abdomen fat, please decrease abdomen fat as soon as possible. If you can not control fat, then this will damage your all try. Extra fat will be barrier for controlling blood sugar. Avoid trans fat food like fast food. Try to eat protein and fiver food like vegetable, fish, fruits, egg, milk. Avoid normal oil instead of you can use olive oil or canola oil, If anyone had Alzheimer's disease by birth, exercise is very helpful for them compare with others.
